3. Course Registration & Use

• Course Enrollment: Registration for our courses requires providing accurate and complete information.
• Course Access: Access to course materials is granted upon successful payment of the course fee.
• Course Completion: Certificates of completion will be issued only after fulfilling all course requirements.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
• Share your login credentials with others.
• Replicate, distribute, or sell course materials without prior written consent.
• Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payment: All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payment methods include credit/debit cards, net banking, or other authorized payment gateways.

Refunds:

• Refunds are available within 7 days of course enrollment, provided the course has not been accessed beyond 25%.
• Refunds are not applicable for customized courses, workshops, or job placement assistance.
• Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to levelcrossdigital@gmail.com

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and course materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without explicit written permission.
• Users retain ownership of any original work or projects submitted during courses, but Level Cross Digital Academy reserves the right to use such content for promotional or educational purposes, unless otherwise specified.

6. Job Placement Assistance

• Job placement assistance is provided as a service to registered students and is not guaranteed.
• We connect students with hiring partners, but final job offers are at the discretion of the employers.
• Placement support includes resume building, interview preparation, and job portal access but does not guarantee employment.

7. Modifications to Services

• We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course, service, or feature at any time without prior notice.
• Course content may be updated periodically to reflect industry changes or improvements.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Level Cross Digital Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We make no guarantees regarding job placements, salary outcomes, or specific career advancements.
• We are not responsible for any third-party content, services, or products accessed through our website.
